Custom images are what make Craftquila special. To ensure the best possible result, please review the guidelines below before uploading your image.

What Image Quality Works Best?

For best results:

  • Use high-resolution images
  • Clear, well-lit photos work best
  • Images taken with modern smartphones are usually perfect

Avoid:

  • Screenshots
  • Blurry or pixelated images
  • Images downloaded from social media (often compressed)

What Happens If My Image Is Blurry or Low-Resolution?

  • We print images exactly as uploaded.
  • If your image is low-resolution or blurry, the printed label may appear the same way.
  • Refunds or replacements are not provided for image quality issues caused by the uploaded file.

Will the Colors Look Exactly Like My Screen?

Not exactly.

  • Screen colors vary by device and brightness settings
  • Printed colors may appear slightly different than what you see on your screen

This is normal for printed products and does not qualify as a defect.

Will My Image Be Cropped or Resized?

  • Yes, your image may be scaled or cropped to fit the label layout.
  • We adjust images only as needed to ensure proper fit and print quality.
  • We do not manually redesign or alter image content.

Can I Upload Any Image?

You may upload images you own or have permission to use.

Images may not include:

  • Copyrighted or trademarked content you don't have rights to
  • Illegal, hateful, explicit, or offensive material

Craftquila reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these guidelines.

Can I Change My Image After Ordering?

  • Image changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
  • Once label printing begins, changes are no longer possible.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

What If I Don't Like How My Image Turned Out?

Because each bottle is custom-made:

  • All sales are final once delivered
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for personal preference or image dissatisfaction

If there is a printing error that does not reasonably match your uploaded image, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
