Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products and applicable alcohol regulations, all Craftquila orders are subject to the following Returns & Exchanges policy. Please review carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because Craftquila products contain alcohol and feature custom-printed labels, all sales are final once delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of alcoholic products for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Gifting errors
  • Image preference or dissatisfaction not caused by our error

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged, leaking, or broken
  • With the incorrect product
  • With a printing error that does not reasonably match your uploaded image

We will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

What to Do

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of:
    • The bottle and label
    • The packaging (if damaged)

Please do not discard the product until we confirm your replacement.

Approved replacements will be shipped without requiring the original item to be returned.

Custom Image Responsibility

Craftquila prints customer-uploaded images exactly as provided.

We are not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution or blurry images
  • Color differences between screen display and printed output
  • Image cropping or composition based on the uploaded file
  • Dissatisfaction with the final appearance when it accurately reflects the uploaded image

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for image quality issues caused by the uploaded file.

Opened Bottles

For health, safety, and legal reasons:

  • Opened bottles are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances

Shipping Damage & Carrier Issues

If your package is damaged during shipping:

  • We will resolve the issue directly and handle any carrier claims internally
  • Customers are not required to contact FedEx or file claims

Craftquila is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients or signature requirements

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before label printing begins.

Once production has started or the order has shipped:

  • Cancellations are no longer possible
  • No refunds will be issued

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where Craftquila is unable to provide a replacement for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect order.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
