Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return:
Custom and personalized products (including items with custom labels, engravings, or designs) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Once your return is approved and processed, we will notify you. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
