All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized items may require additional production time depending on the level of customization. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and may be subject to customs delays. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

5. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing). We are not responsible for delays once your package has been shipped.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
